Monthly Salary: €900 – €1,000

A well-established manufacturing company in Croatia is currently looking for dedicated and reliable Factory Workers to support its production operations. This is a great opportunity for individuals seeking stable work in a structured and team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the production and packaging of various goods according to company standards
- Operate basic factory machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure working environment
- Keep the workspace clean, organized, and free of hazards
- Work collaboratively with other team members to meet daily production targets
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or line managers
Requirements:
- No prior experience required, but previous factory or warehouse experience is a plus
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good physical condition and stamina for standing, lifting, or moving materials
- Willingness to work flexible shifts if needed
- Basic English communication skills are required; knowledge of Croatian is a plus
