Job Overview:

Work Migration LTD is recruiting qualified and dedicated Healthcare Assistants and Caregivers to work in hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and elderly care homes across Austria.

This position is ideal for caring individuals who are passionate about providing high-quality care to elderly or medically dependent individuals. You will be working in professional healthcare environments with a focus on compassion, hygiene, and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily activities such as mobility, hygiene, meals, and dressing.

• Support nurses and medical staff with patient monitoring and reporting changes.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in patient rooms and medical areas.

• Provide emotional support and companionship, especially to elderly patients.

• Assist in administering medication or treatments under supervision (if applicable).

• Record and monitor daily care-related activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 6 months of experience in healthcare, nursing, or caregiving.

• English language proficiency at B1 level or higher (mandatory requirement).

• Compassionate, patient, and physically capable of assisting patients.

• Strong commitment to hygiene, confidentiality, and medical ethics.

• Good physical health and a clean criminal record.

Required Documents:

1. Academic certificate in health, nursing, caregiving, or a related field (diploma, vocational certificate, etc.).

2. Work experience certificate proving at least 6 months in a healthcare or caregiving role.

3. English language certificate (B1 level minimum) from a recognized institute (e.g., British Council, Cambridge, or other internationally approved centers).
